We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Community Membership Manager to join our team in the Professional Training & Coaching industry. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a thriving community of professionals, creating engagement, and managing relationships with our customers and partners. You will play a crucial role in building brand loyalty and driving customer satisfaction, ensuring that our community members feel supported and connected. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community-building strategies to drive engagement and retention
Plan and execute online and offline events to connect and nurture the community
Monitor and moderate community platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and policies
Identify and prioritize customer needs and provide timely and helpful responses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback from the community, and use this data to improve products and services
Foster relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a point of contact for their inquiries and support needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
Proven working experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
