**About Us:**
We are a leading full-service travel agency and meeting planning firm. We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant and Travel Customer Service Representative to provide vital support to our CEO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Customer Service and Travel Planning:**
- Perform data entry and deliver exceptional customer service via email, SMS, and chat.
- Assist in travel planning and bookings using industry-specific software such as Travefy, Traveljoy, and TESS.
- Manage email queries related to travel bookings and services.

**2. Administrative Support:**
- Manage email communications and form submissions using tools like JotForm, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact.
- Assist in website maintenance, blogging, and content updates using WordPress.
- Utilize cloud storage tools such as Google Drive and Dropbox for file organization.
- Coordinate appointment settings with clients and prospects using Calendly and Setmore.

**3. Social Media and Marketing:**
- Create engaging graphics and reels using Canva for posting across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
- Execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee part time editing staff.

**4. Software and Tool Proficiency:**
- Proficiency in appointment setting tools (Calendly, Setmore)
- cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox), communication tools (Slack)
- CRMs (SalesForce, Keap, LessAnnoyingCRM)
- email and form management (JotForm, Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop)
- accounting software (Quickbooks)
- social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Google)
- travel-specific software (Travefy, Traveljoy, TESS)
- WordPress for blog posting and sharing to social media
- Membership management platforms (Kajabi)

**5. Financial and Training Support:**
- Assist with payroll management, contracting, and creation of training tools for independent downline travel agents participating in our Staff Training Program using Excel spreadsheets and Quickbooks.

**6. Outbound Customer Service:**
- Conduct outbound customer service phone calls and emails to leads, prospects, and clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, and travel planning.
- Expertise in using a range of software and tools as listed above.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
