Harvey Warrington Media is a UK based digital marketing agency specialising in the Med Spa, Aesthetics & Dental niche.
We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B outreach/lead generation specialist who can find and reach out to potential new clients to book in a zoom/call with our sales team.
This person must have 3+ years of doing this and a proven track record.
Working hours are: 9am to 6pm GMT (May be able to be slightly flexible)
Here are some of the duties involved:
Build prospects’ lists (decision-makers of various industries) and generate email and contact details using various software/tools
Perform outbound B2B prospecting sales activities such as personalised email, lead follow-ups, and opportunity qualifications through various channels and social media platforms.
Conduct LinkedIn Prospecting through Sales Navigator, InMail, Jobs, and sending Cold Outbound messages.
Send a series of messages to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and online messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential leads.
Deliver a target number of leads per week.
Attend weekly meetings/huddles as needed.
Send EOD reports of all the numbers of leads found and leads contacted, items done, ongoing, and roadblocks.
Initiate lead and demand generation strategies including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound marketing.
Create and manage the leads database via our CRM and ensure that information is updated and relevant. Ensure all communication activities are recorded in the system.
Actively find ways to improve the existing lead generation process.
Stay updated and implement best practices in lead generation campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of experience in B2B lead generation with a proven lead generation track record
Solid understanding of sales pipelines & sales process
Hands-on lead generation experience, preferably for a digital or marketing agency
Experience in generating leads via manual search, social media and prospecting tools.
Excellent English skills (writing & speaking) in order to communicate directly with prospects.
Ready to take on challenges and meet targets.
Outgoing personality with the ability to reach prospects and create compelling conversations with executive-level decision makers
Data-driven with strong problem solving and research skills
Knowledge of social media, prospecting tools and CRM software. Knowledge of GHL is a plus.
Can create easy to understand reports, presentations and is proficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
