Job Description:
Master Spaces, a leading rental arbitrage acquisition agency, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting leads, pitching our rental arbitrage deals, and generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with real estate investors and securing rental arbitrage properties across the best markets for furnished rentals in the United States.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our latest rental arbitrage deals and services.
-Generate new leads through social media engagement, networking events, and reaching out to real estate investors.
-Put together compelling deals and proposals for potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Master Spaces.
-Collect payments, send agreements, and hand off the client to the account manager for onboarding into the purchased property/complex.
-Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships with potential investors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate terms and closing fees with investors, aiming to maximize revenue and secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
-Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure deals and close sales.
-Knowledge of rental arbitrage or property investment is a plus.
-Proficient in using CRM software, Shopify, google work Suite, and ringCentral

Salary:
$4/hour , 6hrs/day, 5 days/week
with $100 commission per closed deal, $200 commission per closed turnkey operation takeover, $50 per closed service.
