Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Company Owner:

Work hand in hand with the company owner, adapting to their schedule in the East Coast time zone.
Virtual Assistant Management:

Continuously source and onboard Online Assistants (OA VAs) to support various business functions.
Verify hours and assess the work product of both existing OA VAs and in-house staff.
Time and Productivity Tracking:

Compile and organize employee work hours efficiently.
Ensure every VA is actively sourcing new products and influencers to drive sales or referrals.
Performance Metrics:

Track return on investment per employee hour, providing insightful analysis.
Employee Engagement:

Manage employee productivity contests, dispersing prizes on a weekly and monthly basis.
Foster a motivating work environment.
Access Control and Contracts:

Oversee a robust access control system.
Maintain a comprehensive contract database.
Sourcing Productivity:

Proactively engage in sourcing activities, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of virtual assistant management and remote work dynamics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in access control systems and contract management.
