We are looking for a Shopify Brand Management Specialist!. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and continue learning and growing during their career.

Core Tasks:

Accumulate and submit creative assets for marketing campaigns across all channels
Create, manage, & optimize listings & work with Shopify support to troubleshoot issues
Assist in other tactical brand management tasks as needed (e.g. post blog content and update site and listing content)
Ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding as needed
Build out various email flows for D2C sites (abandoned cart, order update, etc)
Pull existing copy and creative and iterate emails based on existing templates/designs
Test and check email flows
Other ad-hoc marketing and e-commerce duties as needed
Must-Have:

2+ years of experience with brand/storefront management on Shopify
Basic - intermediate Sheets / Excel
Experience writing and iterating on role-related SOPs
Ability to work Pacific Standard Time
Nice to Have:

Basic - intermediate experience setting up flows in Klaviyo
Experience with SEO content optimization
Experience with Slack and Gmail for internal comms
