Job Summary:
The client is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support its client engagements, as well as its own online marketing needs. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns for the company’s clients and for the company itself to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and achieve business objectives. This role involves creating and managing various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more. This person will also perform website/SEO and digital marketing audits for potential clients and handle virtual assistant responsibilities for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines and ensure high visibility in organic search results.
Paid Advertising (PPC): Create and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ads. Ability to manage Google Grants campaigns is a plus.
Social Media Management: Support O’Keeffe’s Social Media & Content Manager in managing and growing the presence on various social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and advertising, for the company’s clients and for the company itself.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Content Marketing: Develop and maintain a content calendar, create engaging content, and manage a blog or other content platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve website and landing page designs to increase conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests to optimize various elements of digital marketing campaigns.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing and Website Audits for potential clients of the company: Utilizing online marketing tools, such as SEM Rush, Scream Frog, etc., to perform audits of potential client websites to encourage new business for the company.
Virtual Assistant Responsibilities: This could include administrative tasks, technical and IT related tasks, project management, and more.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
