Employee Experience Partner

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on employee experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute initiatives.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

· Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
