**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
