Title: Credit Repair Specialist

Responsibilities:
Utilize established procedures to facilitate our Credit Restoration Process, compiling and organizing data from credit reports across all major bureaus.
Efficiently manage multiple client files, ensuring meticulous organization on Google Drive and providing regular progress updates to clients.
Take proactive steps, including contacting credit bureaus and lodging complaints, to expedite credit inquiry removals within tight timelines.
Collaborate with clients, providing informative and supportive communication via phone and email throughout the process.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience; 2+ years of credit repair expertise.
Demonstrated proficiency in English, coupled with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comprehensive knowledge of credit reporting laws, including FCRA and TILA, related to debt collection.
Familiarity with credit monitoring tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in a Collection Specialist or similar role.
Proven ability to handle negotiations and resolve issues efficiently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
