Product Owner/ Business Analyst

Gaatu Inc., a California, US based company e-commerce technology company that focuses in the e-commerce distribution, and fulfillment. We are seeking Product Manager (PM) candidates with experience.

Work Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (US - California Time Zone)

Job Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Gathering engineering requirements from different departments like the business team or the operations team.
- Transforming requests into product requirements and being responsible for the approval of PRDs.
- Managing project timelines while coordinating actions between various departments.
- Prioritizing quarterly engineering projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
- Performing research to determine customer requirements and preferences
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience working on WMS, e-commerce , OMS systems a plus
