Your role as a Social Media and Email Response Support is to provide premium customer service via Facebook, Instagram and email. Every day will be different! You may answer a question about what our services are and if they are the right fit for someone interested, look up an order in progress, or troubleshoot the shipping and payment processes. We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our clients the best experience we can deliver.

Full-time employees work 40 hours per week with some weekend work.
– Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales – preferably in retail or call center environments.
– Engaging in both verbal and written communication with courteous email etiquette.
– Ability to use technology while helping consumers. Internet, digital knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, etc. are tools we use with every contact.
– Dedication to providing excellent service with enthusiasm to each client, even when there is a high volume of contacts.
– Type 40 words per minute. Experience with Gmail interface and other Google Suite programs is a plus.
– Confidence to prioritize your own workload and address what you see as critical in a timely manner. Results-driven!
