Software Engineer Work from Home (NCR APPLICANTS ONLY)

Job Offer & Description

Work Hrs: 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm Manila Time

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Lead a project
- Making smart technical decisions and recognizing trade-offs for all such decisions
- Recognizing poor code and writing code that’s secure and scalable
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into workable technical requirements
- Occasional client site visits for system support
- Documentation of Code, System, and Testing
- Build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies
- Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features
- Write clean, functional code, reusable and maintainable code on the front- and back-end
- Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and create a great user experience.

Qualification and Skills

4-5 years of experience
- Comfortable working with both front- and back-end languages.
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages
• PHP
• NodeJS
• JavaScript frameworks (like Jquery, and Vue).
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries
• HTML
• CSS
• Bootstrap
• JavaScript
- Familiar with databases
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
- Experience with testing and debugging.
- Eye for layout aesthetics.
- Analytical and good at time management.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.
- Oversee and drive projects forward.

WORK FROM HOME
w/ some occasional client visits and/or office visit
