We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Shopify store. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Shopify operations and possess the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely shipment to customers.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate order processing with suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries and support via phone, and email demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain order records and ensure seamless workflow.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Demonstrate a quick and efficient work pace to meet customer and business demands.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
