A busy executive is looking for someone who can be his right-hand man or woman with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

He thinks up the vision and the ideal person executes it.

The business unit that you'll operate in is a combination of a personal brand and a real estate investment firm. The owner of the business also operates a real estate investment firm but uses his personal brand to connect with customers and attract them to work with his real estate company.

The ideal candidate will have project management skills to keep organized on multiple ongoing projects. Being detail-oriented is also a critical requirement.

You will be asked to collaborate using tools like Loom, so being comfortable recording a screen on video is required. I don't need to see you on video but we use Loom to ask questions and explain things.

They will be responsible for the complete A to Z execution of projects. It could require working within our existing team to get a project completed or searching on Upwork for additional specialized talent that can complete a key task in the overall project.

This role is like a virtual assistant role, but more complex since the tasks are not going to be simplified to 'checking email' and making a reservation at a restaurant.

You will be expected to communicate clearly, provide project updates, and meet deadlines that you set for yourself. You will also be expected to execute and make progress rather quickly. This business runs on the speed of execution.

I work fast, talk quickly, and have high demands from my team.

It may be frustrating to work with me because I don't always give clear instructions - that's your job to figure out the 'how'.

I expect excellent, high-quality work, fast turn-around and quick communication if you need help. I also expect feedback and suggestions for better ways to do things - seeking to improve.

Experience with various project management tools like Asana, Trello, Click-up, Monday are required.

We use Google Suite internally so experience with Google Suite is required.

Working with me also requires an understanding of marketing concepts and email marketing like Active Campaign and Funnels.

Experience with various social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, are also welcome.

The time zone that we work in is Eastern Time.

I just need to be able to connect with you to collaborate.
