Email/text Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

An Email/Text Marketing Specialist will be executing email marketing strategies for RTM. He/She will be responsible for planning and implementing email campaigns, managing subscriber databases, creating engaging newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
Distributing emails through the use of automation software.
Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
Performs ad-hoc requirements set by the department
Reports directly to the Director of Strategy.

Qualifications:
A degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar is a plus but not required.
Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
Outstanding copywriting and copy-editing abilities.
Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
Drive, ingenuity, and gumption.
Confident in communicating with clients over email and calls.
Should be a team player.
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following: Own computer unit and backup; Stable postpaid internet connection and backup; Backup power supply.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
