Job Description:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our medical clinic. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the clinic's owner, providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Act as the point of contact between the owner and internal/external parties, screening and prioritizing communications.
Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Data Management: Maintain and organize essential data, documents, and records.
Email Management: Handle and respond to emails on behalf of the owner, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Research: Conduct research and gather information as required for projects and decision-making.
Task Management: Manage and track tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
