I am looking for a Customer Support Assistant for our growing team. This teammate is involved in responding to inquiries, utilizing client-provided templates in Zendesk, and addressing customer queries while escalating Tier 2 issues as necessary. He/she will master proprietary ticket management systems and provide basic transaction and billing support with training provided by the client.

The Role
- Respond to inquiries using client-provided templates and scripts
- Track feedback/requests in client-provided platform (Zendesk)
- Answer customer queries related to products/service
- Support client-related FAQ's/troubleshooting/subscription cancellations/event cancellations and rebooking/etc.
- Escalate Tier 2 inquiries when necessary
- Channel recurring customer inquiries to your supervisor so we can root-solve
- Master proprietary ticket management system in order to efficiently and effectively manage customer needs
- Basic transaction/billing support re: invoices, payment links, deadline extensions, etc.
- The client is to provide the necessary templates, scripts, and training
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a CX platform (Zendesk and the like) for customer service process/handling tickets
- 1+ years of experience with*****or a similar online payment platform
- Strong written communication skills (fun, casual written communications environment!)
- Previous graveyard shift experience (shifts between 9pm to 6am Manila Time) in the past 6 months is required
- Experience with Slack and Gmail as communication tools
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zone (CST)
Job details:
Salary range: 33,000 - 53,000
Work Schedule: EST Night shift
