Are you very organised with good attention to detail?

We've got an exciting position available (preferably full time but part-time could be considered) to oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce business (we operate on Shopify, Funnelish, Amazon, Ebay and in a few Retail Stores).

We are looking for you if you have:
1) Good written and spoken English
2) Ability to work with minimal supervision (i.e. a self starter)
3) Reliability, a great work ethic and attention to detail
4) Good problem-solving
5) Able to mostly work during UK working hours (9-5pm)

We'd assign you responsibilities rather than solely tasks.

Responsibilities include:
1) Monitoring and actioning incoming emails, Slack
These could be emails from suppliers, queries from the 3PL or co-packer, and Slack messages from one of the agencies that we use. You'd have to find the answers to their questions and would have the responsibility to sort out any issues. If it's something that you need help on then you'd schedule it and we'd go through it in a daily meeting. Over time, you will be given more authority to approve
2) Staying organised and on track by scheduling tasks in Asana for yourself to complete (and for other members of the team to action if necessary)
3) Making sure that there is always enough stock of our products with the 3PL
4) Making sure that the co-packer is completing their production on time
5) Reordering raw ingredients/packaging/labels when necessary (and finding alternatives if the suppliers are out of stock/too expensive).

2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
