Virtual Assistant [Telephone]

Full-Time | Monday - Friday

8hrs Per Day + 1hr Unpaid Break | Ability to Work US or UK times.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to do a variety of work for our small business including but not limited to:

- Calling people daily and convincing them to attend our recruitment events
- Constantly searching LinkedIn for the right people to contact and connect with
- Following up with emails

Job Requirements:

- 2+ Years of experience in a phone-based position e.g. in customer service, sales, appointment setting, property etc.
- Excellent spoken English and a high-level of confidence speaking on the phone.
- Excellent written English with professionalism and the ability to spot grammatical errors
- High energy and the ability to build relationships with people quickly
- Attention to detail, especially in written work
- A positive attitude, resilience and punctuality
- Ability to work to US or UK timezones
- Good quality headphones (not earphones), a fast computer and a strong internet connection

Interview Process:

Below is our interview process which is designed to find the best people for our organisation, who have the right skills and will stay with us long-term. Please only apply if you are committed to completing the entire process.

Step 1: Send The Following 5 Pieces of Information on WhatsApp (Upgrade to see actual info):

1. Your CV
2. A short video recording explaining why you should be Upgrade to see actual info the video, please also state if you are 1) happy with the salary of $6,000 per year, 2) speaking on the phone as a big part of your job and 3) able to work to UK or US times time full-time.
3. A picture of your workstation including your headphones
4. A screenshot of your internet speed
5. A screenshot of your computer specs including the processor speed and the RAM

Step 2: Online Test

You will be required to complete an online test which should take you approximately 30-40 mins. A pass mark of 70% or more is required.

Step 3: Trial Day

You will complete 1 unpaid half-day trial where you will complete tasks which are closely related to your work

Step 4: Behavioural Interview

This will be a 30-60 minute video call with the CEO where you will be asked questions about your previous experiences.
