We are on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-growing company. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who will be committed to helping us provide exceptional service to our clients and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service through various channels (email, chat).
-Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
-Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer expert advice and support to customers.
-Record and maintain customer information within our database accurately.
-Consistently meet or exceed performance and productivity goals set by management.
-Manage orders in our website among with other administrative tasks

Requirements:
-Familiarity with Google Drive, Excel, Docs, or similar platforms.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to take on complex tasks and bring them to completion.
-Exceptional English language proficiency.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Comfortable taking on significant responsibilities and working closely with company management.
-Positive, customer-focused attitude and demeanor.
-Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
-Comfortable working collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
-Advantage - Proven experience in a customer service role
-Big Advantage - Proven experience as a VA
