We are looking for experienced Real Estate Social Media Assistants to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.
Daily Responsibilities
Maintain CRM
Create email newsletters
Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.)
Social media management and engagement
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Assist agent with administrative tasks
Requirements
Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
Social media management and/or marketing experience
Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Experience using any CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
Transaction coordination experience (not required)

Full-time: Up to Php 50,000 a month (Based on experience)
