Looking for a full-time staff member. We are an Australian based family company, who care about our staff. We have had VAs working happily with us for over 4 years and care about them. We are an internet marketing company developing pay-per-call website network in the legal niche in the US. We require a staff member to build our sites, and social media presence for our Market. Primary Skill: Must be able to speak excellent English, and be able to write/edit content for the web/blogs etc. (This is the main requirement. Please do not apply if your English skills both written & spoken are not excellent). You will need to be able to manage your own work schedule, however, reporting weekly progress to management with set site production requirements. Full training on our web building process is provided. Need to be a motivated self-starter and motivated to perform. Need to think for yourself. This will be a long term position. Currently, there is at least 18 months to 2 years plus of work. If you are not able to commit for that length of time, please do not apply if you are looking for short term position. Must have your own computer, access to a reliable internet connection. You need to be honest, and of a hardworking nature. Please note: an employment requirement is that all staff will need to use Time proof/work tracking software. If you are not happy using time tracking software, please do not apply. We are also looking for a staff member that will eventually help us build a small team of staff and manage them doing the same work of building of sites across the US. Please note the fulltime salary we offer is $500 to $600 Australian dollars per month (we pay our staff fortnightly).
