About us: Property and Construction company based in Melbourne, Australia. We specialise in multitownhouse projects.
Key Requirements:
### Must have previous experience with Australian building contracts
### Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
### Organized, customer-focused, and the application process, you must be able to demonstrate the above qualities, and a short trial work period is required to determine the suitability to the role.
Your responsibilities include:
* Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries promptly.
* Contract Management: educate and manage clients' expectations with Contract Terms and Clauses
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project records.
* Feedback Collection: Gather client insights for improvements.
* Client Update: Provide project info and milestones.
* Additional Admin: Assist other construction departments.
This is a full-time work-from-home job, that requires a professional home office setting.
A digital phone line will be set up so you can make calls.
Working hours are 9am-5:30pm (Australia/Melbourne time zone) with lunch break around 1pm.
