We need Responsible Ecommerce Admin!

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are seeking a Responsible, Experienced, and High-Efficient individual to join us as an Ecommerce Admin. This is an important role that will contribute significantly to the success of our online store.

Your responsibility:
1. Website Quality Checking
- Double check the website copywriting and visuals (images and videos) Europe languages translations done by our translator.
- Double check other settings in the website.

2. Loox Product Review
- Gather the Customer Reviews including photos from Amazon
- Upload onto our Shopify Loox platform and Website Home page

3. Social Media Management
- Content Calendar: Organize a content calendar to schedule posts efficiently.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content provided by our team adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' social media activities and adapt their strategies.

4. Other Adhoc Tasks

What we require:
1. Have Experience using Translations Tools for Europe Language Translations is a Bonus.

2. Have Experience using Shopify Loox app for Product Reviews is a Bonus.

3. Have Experience using Shopify is a Bonus.

4. Strong Attention To Detail - Ensure website's translated content is free of careless mistakes are allowed.

5. Fast Turnaround Times - Meet tight deadlines.

6. Multi-Tasking Skills - Need to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details:
1. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Philippines Time)

2. Work Venue: Fully Work-from-home
