The Catalog Assistant works closely with the Catalog Supervisor and Operations Team to ensure timely completion of goals and initiatives critical to the this fast-paced role, great organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential. Hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles), Monday through catalog Support:
- Responsible for creating and adding new products requested by retailers.
- Monitor category and product displays on web and app to ensure brand representation
- Call retailers to ensure menus are accurate and to troubleshoot any issues
- QC and Update product SKUs through efficient and accurate data entry.
- e.g. Tax Codes, SKUs/UPCs, missing or incorrect fields, naming conventions, and product descriptions.
- Update catalog sheet as required in order to provide up-to-date accuracy of active products for retailers.
- Discover, prioritize and make corrections to product SKUS to ensure menu quality.
- e.g. Removing duplicates, and ensuring correct category tags are applied.
- Perform routine quality checks of menus to ensure complete product offerings by adding eligible SKUS to menus.
- Assist in completing tasks for projects delegated to the Catalog team.
- Quality check output files in large data sets from AI models with high accuracy.
- Assist in modifying, creating, or troubleshooting SQL scripts that are integrated with merchant POS systems through AWS Glue.
- Outreach to merchants to troubleshoot integrations and/or adjust scripts as needed through TeamViewer with the merchant.

Documentation: Adhere to established processes to ensure records are well maintained and individual work is easily accessible.
- Update and create documentation for new and improved processes as necessary.
- Compile necessary information and statistics to aid in the reporting processes by the Catalog communication:
- Adhere to communication processes by proactively sharing status updates & critical information to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Be able to work in a collaborative, web based environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS
- Experience with one or more programming languages, such as SQL, Python
- Must have own computer with reliable internet access
- Excel: mid to advanced working knowledge (lookups, pivots, etc.)
- High attention to detail w/ proven accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Prioritize & Multitask with Time Management
- Proficient in utilizing Google workspace for productivity
- Advanced Typing Skills (40+ WPM)
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms (bonus)
- Familiarity with Looker or similar data analytics platforms (bonus)
- Assessment must be taken and passed
