Virtual Assistant for Online Arbitrage

**Role Overview:**
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our eBay to Amazon online arbitrage operations. Your primary responsibility will be to scour eBay for products with potential for profitable flips on Amazon. You'll need to have a sharp eye for trending items, competitive pricing, and excellent research skills.

**Requirements:**
- Strong familiarity with eBay and Amazon platforms.
- Proficiency in online research and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in online arbitrage or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.

**Compensation:**
- For the first 3 months, the salary is $300 per month.
- After 3 months, if performance is satisfactory, the salary increases to $400 per month, plus bonuses based on performance.

**Working Hours:**
- Initially, it's 5 working days a week, 8 hours a day, during the first 3 months.
- After the initial 3 months, if performance is satisfactory, it becomes 7 working hours a day.
