We are on the hunt for a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns. This role demands a blend of strategy, hands-on execution, a deep understanding of various advertising platforms and tools, and specialized expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HubSpot CRM strategies to streamline and enhance customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Leverage HubSpot Marketing tools to create, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
- Analyze and report on the performance of HubSpot CRM and Marketing campaigns, optimizing for better engagement and conversion.
- Lead and implement performance marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Mastery in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, including search, shopping, and Google Merchant Center.
- Set up and manage performance dashboards using Google Data Studio.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to optimize content and improve visibility.
- Develop and oversee ad campaigns across social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives actions.
- Dive deep into campaign analytics, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align campaign strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Conceptualize and create captivating video ads tailored for various social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and HubSpot CRM and Marketing specialization.
- Certification in HubSpot CRM and Marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Solid understanding of Google's advertising ecosystem - from search ads to Google Shopping and Google Merchant Store setup.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various ad platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong skills in keyword research, SEO analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Data Studio.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
