Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager

We are offering a full-time position for a Digital Marketing Manager. We are not interested in social influencers. The main responsibility is to help facilitate and grow the online profile for the business and maintain marketing profile in various platforms. Some of the responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Check our current marketing profiles on various platforms.
2. Find freelancers according to the Company's needs.
3. Create sales ads that would attract consumers.
4. Set up marketing drip or campaign.
5. Contact other vendors (phone calls within USA)
6. Respond to potential consumers and separate real leads from the responses.
7. Help build social media presence (being active, commenting, maintaining business page on Facebook Marketplace).
8. Manage Company's website
9. Update/manage all posts (creating/maintaining Company's Instagram, Facebook, etc)
