Are you a Virtual Assistant with experience in Survey Gizmo, Zapier, or Facebook Ads Manager? Are you looking for a full time position at a fast growing business with HUGE growth opportunities?

We're a fast growing Advertising Agency, who specialize in helping local businesses grow their business through Facebook Advertising

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who is available on a full time basis and is available to work UK hours between 8am-8pm GMT (Only needed for 8 hours per day, mon-fri)

You'll be helping create, build and set up our clients survey funnels inside Survey Gizmo, then integrating with Zapier and then building the ad campaign in Facebook Ads Manager.

You may also be required for other tasks such as:
- Building follow up sequences inside ActiveCampaign
- Facebook ads reporting

MUST HAVE:
- Experience with Survey Gizmo
- Experience with Zapier
- Ability to be available 30-40 hours a week
- Ability to work the same timezone as GMT (We're based in the UK)
- Excellent English communication in both verbal and written

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with graphic design (landing pages, ad images etc)
- Experience with Facebook ads manager
- Experience with ActiveCampaign
- Experience with ClickFunnels
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Teamwork (A team platform which we use for our tasks)
