English/Filipino Translator and Personal Assistant

I need a person who lives close to Lapu Lapu City who could faciliate communication between me and a friend. She speaks English, but lacks some comprehension for intricate instructions. I would like to have Google meets with her and the translator to improve comprehension between us. And if the translator lives close, I may need assistance for her to open a bank account, buy a laptop, and get the laptop set up appropriately. The personal assistant may need to go with her to accomplish these objectives. This job would be on an As Needed basis. Possible 1-4 hours a week until she is set up appropriately.
