Qualifications

Required:
• Created, implemented and maintained marketing campaigns
• Google Ads creation and management experience
• 1 year experience with creating content for marketing (blogs, pictures, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills – excellent written and spoken skills
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with marketing automation tools
• Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (9AM-6PM)

Desired:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project management
• Wordress Experience - Ability to maintain and update company website
• Experience with inorganic marketing techniques such as google ads, Facebook ads and yelp
• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
• Home care sales, account management or general sales experience

Your Day to Day Activities

The Marketer is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, maintain and update Tender’s website and creating content for the agency. Specific tasks include:

• Meet quarterly targets for number of marketing leads
• Create Google Ads and maintain the ads to generate leads
• Complete A/B Testing on Google Ads
• Develop, organize, and manage marketing campaigns and plans
• Execute marketing strategies across various channels
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
• Work closely with the sales team and digital marketer to maintain agency messaging is consistent
• Create marketing content – blogs, videos, pictures, ad copy, etc.
• Maintain and update Wordpress website as needed
• Research and create plans to increase social reach and leads
• Stay updated on latest marketing strategies and industry trends
• Maintain brand across all marketing channels
• Assist with Virtual assistant tasks to assist with operational activities
