Need EXPERIENCED SALES CLOSER – REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING – $3 PER HR + $500 PER

Hey there! I am looking for an EXPERIENCED SALES CLOSER. I need a SKILLED SALES PERSON, who can help find me leads/data to convert into DEALS. You cold call on a power dialer through data I provide (I pay for dialer and data), and I will help close any leads you bring. You will be mostly looking for leads, and then bring them to me and I will make the offer, and close the deal.

I offer 3$ per hour + $500 commission per lead closed starting pay!

You don't even have to close the lead, I'll close it for you and do all the work after you send them to me. You just have to find the hot lead that is a deal.

I also provide option of working purely on commission on size of deal (Average deal size is about $8,000, I am considering offering 12% of deal size closed for commission, biggest deal I've done is $50,000. For example, if you did a $20,000 deal, you would get 12% which is $2,500!). If you are a true sales BEAST who is very skilled on phones, I can provide other bonuses as well. Mojodialer/Reisift/Propstream experience or previous real estate experience a major plus. I have high quality data and very big amounts of it. Basically you will be cold calling 4-6 hours daily, 5 days a week on a dialer, looking for potential homeowners who would like to sell an hour or two per day of follow-up. I may also increase weekly hours if desired.

I have a business that has closed lots of real estate deals over about the past 3 years, and I have personally been in sales in California for years. If you can bring leads from the data I provide, I can definitely help close them. This job Is based in TN, US time zone and market.

Being fluent and very confident in English is a MUST, I need your English to sound very, very good. A sales background is a REQUIREMENT. I can help train as well, I NEED ONLY people with background in sales or real estate. I need CLOSERS and people who are MOTIVATED to make money and deals happen. People who are interested in increasing their level of sales skills as well (reading sales books / watching sales videos, etc). If you do very well, there is also opportunities for growth and greater pay / bonuses and commissions, first deal closed for month bonus, unit bonus, etc. Super cool, laid back work environment. We are here to close as many deals as possible, with the largest deal sizes possible. Hours are flexible, you can do 25-30 per week and have option to work more, if you want to work a bit less that is fine as well, I am quite flexible. I also hold weekly meetings for us and help with training.
