Responsibilities:

Repurpose existing content for maximum impact on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Manage and grow accounts on short-form content platforms.
Expertise in video editing for short-form content.
Skills Needed:

Proficient in modern editing techniques for audio, film, and video.
Organize files and videos according to server conventions.
Create captivating hooks to engage viewers quickly.
Stay updated on digital trends and platforms.
Add graphics, effects, and animations to edits.
Identify relevant social trends across platforms and audiences.
Proficiency in CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
Digitize, edit, and enhance footage in Adobe After Effects.
Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in short-form content editing.
Highly motivated with a passion for driving performance.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
