Job Description:
As a Land Representative specialized in Solar Farm Outreach, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, responsible for initiating and managing communication with landowners regarding leasing their land for solar farm projects. Your primary focus is efficient outreach, precise data management, and scheduling solar farm consultations with sales representatives. You'll actively utilize CRM software and various tools for lead management, communication, and data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Outreach and Communication:
Initiate personalized outreach to landowners for targeted campaigns.
Engage with landowners through phone calls and emails to gauge interest in solar farm leasing.
Promptly handle inquiries and analog lead emails in a professional manner.
Manage the main solar farm inquiries email address (K2).
2. CRM and Software Administration:
Administer company CRM systems and software tools for data and communication.
Input landowner lead details and oversee their progression stages in Airtable and Pipedrive.
Efficiently manage SMS and calls using the Justcall platform.
3. Data Management:
Maintain accurate lead data in Airtable and Pipedrive databases.
Ensure timely input of lead details, communication history, and relevant notes.
Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure data consistency.
4. Solar Farm Consultation Scheduling:
Collaborate closely with sales representatives to schedule successful solar farm consultations (SFC).
Verify lead details and confirm consultation dates, ensuring seamless coordination.
5. Assistance in Skip Tracing (as necessary):
Support skip tracing activities to enhance lead data accuracy.
Collaborate with relevant teams to gather additional data for improved lead quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outreach, customer communication, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Airtable and Pipedrive is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with timely follow-ups.
Problem-solving skills for effective inquiry resolution.
Customer-centric mindset and proactive engagement approach.
Familiarity with skip tracing techniques is a plus.
