I'm seeking an experienced Marketing professional to lead and revamp our Marketing Department. We need someone who can conceptualize, launch, and execute marketing campaigns, oversee graphics and content creation, and collaborate with the team for effective implementation. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and managing paid marketing campaigns, as well as reporting and lead management. The job role focused on the Mortgage and Insurance market in the UK.
**PLEASE NOTE**: This is not an entry-level position. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Management.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of digital marketing, including:
- Managing and creating a diverse range of Social Media Platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- Leveraging AI technology for the creation of multilingual video content using dedicated tools like video creation, messaging bot
- Managing multilingual content effectively.
- Posting and distributing content within relevant groups.
- Developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on planning several weeks in advance.
- Crafting and scheduling content for the upcoming month.
- Generating reports on campaign performance, while also keeping a close eye on competitors.
- Managing a content repository accessible to team
- Creating and refining a marketing department manual and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Using tools like zapier to automate lead flow
- Reports of spending and results of campaigns and lead generation
- Initiative into suggesting new tools and ideas for campaigns
