 I obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science in marketing management. As you will see in my resume; I was a student assistant and achiever that possessed the quality of being resourceful, well-motivated, versatile and responsible. I have an experience for chat support/email support for 2 and a half years with Verizon (US TELCO), I also have an experience as a dispatch coordinator/Customer support/chat support with Skipcart using Shopify and Gorgias, and chat support/technical support with Apple as. I also had an experience as an email support from TD SYNNEX and Tawk.to as an online casino verifier or data processor.

I believe I would be a strong candidate for this role due to my combination of interpersonal skills, expertise in customer service, strong writing capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude. In terms of writing skills, I have honed my communication abilities through years of crafting clear and concise messages for a diverse audience. This skill will be invaluable in conveying information, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with any industry.

My problem-solving skills have also been developed through my professional experiences. I have encountered and resolved complex issues, often requiring creative solutions and a systematic approach. I'm confident that these problem-solving capabilities will be assets in navigating challenges.
