SEO Account Manager

Hello!

We're a large agency in the United States looking for additional team to join our virtual environment. We believe in supporting each other as much as our clients so if you're looking for a new work home to settle into, this might be a good fit. We are a team of 30 with 600+ clients currently.

Job Requirements:
* Work EST business hours (Monday - Friday, no weekends)
* Work independently and manage your assigned client projects, but ask for help when you need it
* Follow our agency SOPs for every task, but raise your hand to openly discuss new ideas & innovations (we love that!)
* Listen, learn, and be determined to grow in your position (we have a career path for raises & incentives!)
* Show up every day and do your best
* Communicate effectively and thoughtfully via Slack & Zoom
* Participate in our company culture
* OWN your space. This includes being a boss of your organization, your quality of work, and your dedication
* Be ok with making mistakes, but learn from them so they don't happen again (we fail forward around here)

What to Expect:
* You'll be assigned 2-5 SEO client projects to start, but this will grow into. 25-30 total to become a full time member. These will allow us to see your pace, quality of work, and organization.
* We will expect you to communicate along the way as you're learning. The quieter you are, the more we worry you're sleeping over there 😉
* You will be using TimeDoctor to track hours, Monday to manage client assignments, and our tools to execute work.
* You will have a direct report. This is your person to elevate your needs or questions to. You also have a whole group of peers who will help you understanding the SOPs and other basic account information/workflows to follow within the agency.
* You will be paid twice per month at your hourly rate. If you advance to our Level 2 Account Manager you are set for a pay raise or salary options.

* Video interviews will be offered to those who have 2-5+ years of previous SEO experience, submit a cover letter, resume, and examples. If you've previously worked at a white label agency this will also be crucial to mention as a reference.
* Hourly rate is based on experience -- please let us know your desired hourly rate to negotiate.
