**Multimedia Wizard**: Your knowledge spans across various media formats, including text/articles, videos, images, and podcasts, catering to different niches.

**Social Media Maestro**: You excel in creating content that has the potential to become viral across various social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging content strategies.
- Maintain and update our Squarespace website to showcase our real estate listings and services effectively.
- Create and curate captivating text, images, videos, and podcasts that resonate with our audience.
- Craft social media posts and campaigns that drive engagement and boost our online presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our content strategy in our website and social media.
