Responsibilities:
- Design and Maintain Brand Aesthetics: Create visually stunning and on-brand content for our Instagram account that reflects the essence of our e-commerce store.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts in advance to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Engagement and Customer Interaction: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our Instagram posts promptly. Engage with prospects and customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare and deliver a comprehensive weekly report that includes key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and comments these insights to continually optimize our social media strategy.
- Portfolio Submission: Applicants must attach their portfolio of existing social media work showcasing their design skills and content management abilities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media management, with a focus on Instagram.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated experience in content scheduling and planning tools (Facebook Creator Studio)
- Familiarity with Slack and ClickUp for remote team communication and task management.
