Amazon FBA/FBM Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and creative Amazon FBA/FBM Assistant to grow our team. As our Amazon FBA/FBM Assistant you will play a critical role in enhancing our presence on Amazon, writing descriptions for our products, and communicating with our customers who purchase from us through our Amazon store.

The ideal candidate is organized, innovative, and possesses a deep understanding of Amazon analytics, crafting product descriptions, and is knowledgeable in how to optimize Amazon stores for growth.

This is a remote, part-time position (two (2) - three (3) hours per day Monday to Friday) with the potential for growth within our dynamic team (flexible hours)

- Roles and Responsibilities:

* Create creative product descriptions for our skincare and body products
* Analyze profit performance
* Create a daily product sourcing plan
* Develop a product mix strategy
* Track and analyze product trends
* Manage Amazon Seller Central - respond to customer's messages, inventory management and seller support
* Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports

- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Amazon FBA/FBM Assistant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Seller platform and respective best practices.
- Strong research and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively to problem solve
- Super time management skills - you are able to plan and manage your time properly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
