We're a Real Estate Investment Company out of Tampa, FL looking to hire a Full-time
cold caller!
Job description:
Handle all inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for talking to people who are
interested in selling their property, gathering all information needed, and entering it into our CRM.
Responsibilities:
-Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and
scheduling of real estate opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline.
-Accurately pre-qualifying leads and grading them as cold, warm, or hot lead
-Practicing and becoming an expert at your script and overcoming objections.
-Making a friend over the phone and building trust and rapport.
