Real Estate Social Media Manager | Marketing Specialist

Full Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Real Estate Social Media Manager who can start soon. A creative and experienced Social Media Manager to create, launch, and manage our social media presence from scratch. As the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, focusing strongly on video content creation and editing.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
• Setting up paid campaigns (in the future)
• Create and edit high-quality video content that is engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
• Can work from 9:00–6:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and possibly another weekend schedule.

System Requirements:

Desktop/Laptop (at least i5 or Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
Stable wired connection with at least 50 MBPS
A backup power and internet connection in case of outages in the area.
