We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant with strong Bookkeeping skills to join our team at Leading Marketing Agency for an Australian-based company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, including transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts. This role also includes payroll duties and handling payments through Xero and***** This is a 100% remote position, making it an excellent opportunity for those who prioritise flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate records of financial transactions on a daily basis.
Manage daily cash inflows and outflows effectively.
Oversee the financial operations and manage invoice processes.
Ensure prompt and timely payments, manage creator payment folders.
Conduct weekly bank statement reconciliations.
Prepare and present monthly financial reports.
Handle payroll duties.
Manage payments through Xero and*****

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should have:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a completely remote setting.
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and best practices.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient data entry skills and familiarity with Excel, Xero, and other accounting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
