We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, creating newsletters, and creating automation using various software.
This job is a full-time role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 pm to 5 am PH Time.

As an Email marketing manager, your role is to reach customers through email and text message campaigns and inform them about new products and events or convert leads into clients by leveraging email and text message campaigns.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand, convert subscribers into customers, and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates.
Responsibilities:
• Grow our email list
• Design, develop, and implement direct email and text message marketing campaigns
• Design and implement lead magnet follow-up marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails and text messages for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Oversee the production of newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email and text message templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email and text messages to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email and text message databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email and text message marketing efforts
• Ensure emails and text messages follow industry policies and best practices
• Any written as-needed after all emails and text messages campaigns have been taken care of
• Knowledge of Go High Level or any other CRM tools
• Be able to learn new tools or software related to your role
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
• Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
