Virtual Bookkeeper (PHP 340/HR – PART Time)

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, with the potential to go full-time.

We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of 10+ high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

We will start with relatively limited hours (~10 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

Tasks will include:
- Being highly knowledgeable and able to perform accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Importing bank and credit card transactions into the cloud accounting system
- Extracting bank and credit card transactions from PDF documents and transferring them to Excel
- Categorizing bank and credit card transactions in the bank feed
- Performing month-end bank reconciliations
- Printing to PDF month-end and year-end financial statements as requested
- Posting adjusting journal entries as requested

Requirements:
Formal education in bookkeeping and accounting
Mastery of Excel
Mastery of Quickbooks Online
Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
Having a quiet environment to work
A Windows 10 Laptop/PC or Mac (Apple) with at least i3 or equivalent with 4GB RAM
Reliable internet and fast internet

Applicants should be well versed in using ClickUp and Slack, or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them =)
