Seeking Virtual Assistant Specializing in Software who has some AI prompt engineering skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote position that requires expertise across several key areas:

Primary Responsibilities:

Email Marketing - Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters using email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Landing Page Creation - Design optimized sales and landing pages using software like ClickFunnels, LeadPages, Unbounce, etc.
AI Prompt Engineering - Craft effective AI prompts and chatbot conversations using tools like Anthropic, Google Dialogflow, etc.
Data Analytics - Collect, analyze and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
General Admin Tasks - Calendar management, appointment scheduling, file organization, etc.

Requirements:

2+ years experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role
Proficiency with AI chat tools, email marketing platforms, landing page builders, and data analytics suites
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience supporting a small business or startup preferred
