-Write relevant captions based on the images/graphics provided
-Ensure each caption is grammatically correct
-Properly document the system
-Move each client to the appropriate queues based on the current status
-Adaptable, take in responsibility of any task that might be assigned from time to time as deemed necessary by the operation
