Your Role as Acquisitions Agent
An Acquisitions Agent, in the context of real estate or investment, plays a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and securing properties for purchase or lease.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly responding to and screening sales and lease leads
- Negotiating and contracting on-market and off-market investment opportunities
- Generating leads through various sources such as auctions, pre-foreclosures, cold calling, etc.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects and conducting timely follow-ups
- Reviewing and organizing due diligence on potential properties
- Scheduling and organizing inspections
- Acting as the primary contact for sellers and negotiating property deals
- Overcoming objections and building rapport with sellers
- Handling phone calls generated by lead systems
- Conducting appointments and negotiating win/win solutions
- Using CRM daily for task management until deals are closed
- Efficiently communicating with all parties involved
- Closing contracts in a timely manner
- Continuously learning about the industry and contributing to market growth
- Attending business meetings and required trainings
- Performing other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements and Skills
- Female
- Customer service background
- Ambitious and motivated with a strong desire to add value
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting metrics
- Willing to work full-time from 8 AM to 4 PM Central Timezone
- Available to start as soon as possible
