This is a part-time opportunity (10 hours per week) with the possibility of adding extra hours to full-time when additional tasks are assigned.
We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who:

So who are we? We are:
* A rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation Management business
* Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agents (OTA) websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO
* Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our apartments and houses
* Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other local areas.
The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
* Report to Rachel Armstrong (office manager) – to be the first point of contact for all communications between all teams during working hours
* Manage property energy accounts involving gas, electric, water supply, broadband, tv licensing etc. Ensure all meter readings are submitted for all properties to generate bills for the office manager to pay
* Manage calendar and diary entries for all upcoming safety regulation checks and ensure that all this is organized
* Schedule the safety checks as necessary with the tradesman. You will be provided with a tradesmen directory.
* Organize and manage calendar entries to annual safety checks and add reminders as necessary for the upcoming year
* Order management and online purchasing for the properties
Some tasks that might also be covered when the other VA is on leave or sick.:
* OTA management
Manage all OTA profile accounts to ensure:
Availability – if there are available spaces within the calendar - manage this accordingly
The information displayed about the property to be accurate to market the products correctly
Changes from the OTA actioned and updated profiles
Notifications/Opportunities actioned
Ensure LLBS score is always performing as high as possible (Airbnb super host – 9/10 for BDC)
Manage all additions (new photos, tagging)
Administration alterations – titles & moving around photographs
* Email Management
* Guest Management including inbound and outbound calls (using our simple drag & drop system) and the use of Guesty
* Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
* Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
* Strong team communication
* Guest Feedback Management
The right candidate will have a background with:
* Order and calendar management
* Maintenance Management and scheduling
* Experiencing in using Trello (Task Management Application) and Slack (Team communication channel)
* Experience using PMS systems such as Guesty
* Basic administration skills for the generation of emails
*Customer Services Experience
* Good knowledge of the english language to converse with team members, clients and subcontractors / * Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
* Have access to a laptop / PC and mobile phone
* Be able to use both of the above efficiently
* Basic understanding with google drive and all relative software
* Good written communication (English)
* Good verbal communication (English)
* Willingness to learn new systems
The rate starts at $4.50 per hour and working hours are from 1600 PM to 1730 PM British Summer Time (BST), Including weekends (1 Hour on a Saturday and 1.5 Hours on a Sunday)
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favorably) as full training will be given.
